After climbing the corporate ladder and leading teams of up to 70 people across multiple departments, she realized that her true passion lies in helping others become confident, effective leaders. In April 2022, she launched Pearl Performance Incorporated, and by December 2023, she left the corporate world behind, going all in on growing her business full-time.
