Event Info

Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair.

Using a chair to sit in or as a prop, we will gently move our bodies and practice breath work and meditation for about 40 minutes.

This is a great way to centre yourself between meetings, office work, and general life stresses.
