We are offering specialty mentorship programs for specific industries (we like to call Verticals) to help with growth, development, and inspiration. These will include industry specific Mentors who will guide our participants in information sessions, group mentoring and group accountability.
Existing Business Mentorship
Momentum Specialty Mentor Program is a collection of 6 week vertical specific series to help businesses develop within their vertical and work with others in the same industry to discuss pain points and solutions. These series focus on 1 to 2 hour sessions which include:
Brick and Mortar businesses have had a lot of adjustments over the past few years. With new regulations, staffing challenges, shut downs and changes in the market. This 6 week program is open to Existing Brick and Mortar businesses to help you navigate the challenges of a physical location in today's market. Each session will consist of a 30 minute discussion focused on the daily topic, followed by an hour of group mentoring with our industry experts.
Special Requirement: Businesses must be an existing Brick and Mortar store

Kristy Miller was born and raised in Guelph, Ontario Canada. Her entrepreneurial spirit bursts through her two companies she has created and established in her community. Now a busy mom of three boys she has learned to find balance between family and businesses while still positively motivating her female community. Kristy recognized a lack of healthy, beautiful soy wax candles in the industry and now makes and teaches how to choose a healthy candle, care for your candle and safety, in order to take some time to sit back, relax and enjoy the candlelight.
Paul is a lifelong resident of Guelph and has been a fixture in the retail industry since the mid 1990s. Paul has extensive experience in marketing, sales training, media buying, retail and wholesale purchasing, social media, ecommerce, store design, finance, retail and wholesale branding as well as multi store management. He has a Bachelor of Commerce Management Economics (Industry & Finance) from the University of Guelph (1996).
This 6-week group mentoring program is for past participants of Rhyze Ventures (all streams accepted). Moving into the next steps of your businesses development may need more support than you expected. In these group sessions we will discuss the difficulties and pain points participants face in their business, and provide tools to navigate them moving forward. Included in this program is the weekly hour and a half sessions, as well as some one-on-one advisory time.
Special Requirement: Participants must have completed a past cohort of Rhyze Ventures

Having built a six figure national brand, Nicole is now a Business Coach, Speaker, and Professor and is incredibly passionate about helping others embrace their dreams and pursue their goals.
Aron has worked in marketing since 2005, and joined 2H Media as an equal partner in 2020. Aron has founded, built, and exited businesses in diverse industries, leveraging his passion for efficient systems to create scalable business ventures. In addition to his entrepreneurial experience, Aron also has a wealth of technical knowledge, with specializations in branding, print layout, and video production.
Momentum is open to small businesses and Not for Profit organizations throughout Ontario with the follow requirements:
